This project was a tenant improvement for the United States Department of Agriculture – Office of the Inspector General (USDA-OIG) on the 15th floor of the south tower of the Ronald V. Dellums Federal Building.

Approximately 7,600 square feet of the 15th floor of the south tower was converted into an office for USDA-OIG. Work included demolition of existing partitions, carpet throughout, suspended acoustical ceiling, and light fixtures.

Interior improvements included the addition of electrical and telecommunications for 7 private offices, 19 workstations, hoteling stations along the windows, IDF room, team rooms, conference rooms, storage rooms, interior partitions, finishes, doors and frames, lighting and electrical modifications, voice/data connectivity, and modifications to existing mechanical, fire sprinklers, and fire alarm systems.
