Located at 2,000 feet above sea level and notorious for heavy winds, this design-build project required a cylindrical concrete wall structure on a sloped site to support a 44’ telemetry antenna with a 53’ protective dome structure that serves as infrastructure for the USAF’s Western Launch and Test Range key telemetry site. Additional services included 3D finite element analysis, shoring for critical facility within 5’-0” of new construction, MAT Slab foundation, and support of large equipment with minimum deflection tolerances on a suspended circular slab.
