Located along Pismo Beach’s famed boardwalk with direct access to the beach, the Vespera Resort is a 5-story structure designed as three levels of Type V wood construction over a single-level concrete podium plus a single-level subterranean parking garage. The 124-room facility includes balconies off of each room as well as a full restaurant and bar on the ground level. FTF is providing structural consulting for the project, evaluating detailing, and troubleshooting constructability issues throughout construction. Role: Associate Structural Engineer
