This tenant improvement initiative for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) involved two floors of the Speaker Nancy Pelosi Federal Building in San Francisco, encompassing approximately 57,000 SF. The conversion of this space into office facilities for HHS encompassed demolishing existing partitions to create private offices, workstations, benching stations, conference rooms, huddle rooms, focus rooms, break rooms, storage spaces, and interior partitions.
Project completed through our joint venture F2G A&E JV, comprised of studio 2G Architects and FTF Engineering.
