Structural Engineer of Record for Tenant Improvement of the northwest corner of Smith Hall to relocate the bookstore into this area. Improvements include modifications to existing partition walls, new partition walls supporting shelving along with MEP equipment support.

Civil Engineer of record for the demolition of the existing Children’s Center (Frog Buildings) and Bungalows (Pizza Huts) and replacing them with new Bungalows located at the Northwest side of the CCSF Ocean Campus. The project included regrading portions of the site to conform with ADA regulations for access, utility work to serve the new portables, short site walls and new asphalt walkways. Also, project structural engineering services for modifications to the new police station, portable to include a holding area and a strengthened reception area.
