Paso Robles Wine Country Residence

The Paso Robles Wine Country Residence sits on 160 acres of rolling hills and mature oak trees. The sprawling single story 8000 square foot residence includes large, raised cantilever roofs with floor to ceiling glass flanked by board formed concrete walls to separate the spaces and take advantage of the views from the top of the hill. Below the kitchen sits a partially subterranean wine cellar, dining room, and private terrace to enjoy sunsets and a glass of wine with friends and family. FTF and BAR seamlessly blended multiple materials, including wood, concrete, steel, glass, and stone clad masonry, expressing both the structure and the architecture.

FTF Team Update
The past few months have been full of exciting moments for the FTF team! We kicked things off with a memorable team dinner, celebrating our accomplishments and strengthening our connections. Next, we gathered for a thrilling afternoon watching the Blue Angels soar over the city skyline, followed by some friendly ping-pong competition. Our team also participated in the Pismo Terrace Grand Opening, marking a key milestone in affordable housing on the Central Coast. To wrap up the season, we said a heartfelt “see you later” to our incredible summer interns with a special farewell lunch. We kicked off Fall by attending the annual Haiti Partners Event!
