FTF is providing structural engineering services for the County of Santa Barbara Sheriff Annex Relocation at 4554 Hollister Avenue. The project repurposes an existing warehouse into a secure home for Sheriff operations, renovating approximately 1,800 square feet of office space and integrating a new 2,000 square foot modular office building within the warehouse. Work also includes site security upgrades such as perimeter fencing, an automated gate, and parking lot restriping.
